White Glove Delivery & Installation is our premium optional last-mile service, designed to eliminate all handling labor burdens for schools, childcare centers and wholesale partners. Compared with standard curbside or loading dock freight delivery, our full-service solution manages every step from offloading to in-room setup.

This premium service is available for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Service availability for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories requires advance inquiry and customized quotation. White Glove service charges are separate from base shipping fees; all costs will be confirmed via formal quotation prior to order shipment.

What Is Included in White Glove Service

• Pre-delivery appointment scheduling
  Our logistics partner will contact you in advance to lock in a confirmed delivery window that works for your facility schedule.
• Inside delivery to your designated room of choice
  Trained two-person crew transports furniture indoors to your specified classroom or activity area.
• Careful unpacking & visual inspection
  All protective packaging is gently removed; items are inspected for visible transit damage on-site.
• Professional assembly per official specifications
  Carry out full furniture assembly following manufacturer guidelines using standard tools.
• Precise placement & minor leveling adjustments
  Position units according to your layout requirements and adjust legs for stable placement.
• Complete packaging debris removal
  All cardboard, foam, plastic wrapping and pallets are collected and hauled away, leaving your space broom-clean.

What Is Not Included (Important Exclusions)

• Removal & haul-away of your existing furniture
• Wall mounting, anchoring, drilling or permanent fixture installation
• Structural modifications to doorways, walls or building access routes
• After-hours, weekend or holiday delivery without prior confirmed premium surcharge
• Assembly requiring custom modification or non-standard hardware
• Cleanup of pre-existing dirt or waste inside the facility

How It Works

1. Notify our sales team during quotation if you require White Glove Delivery & Installation.
2. We evaluate your delivery address, building access, order volume and product list to provide a fixed service quote.
3. Once you approve the service fee, we add this service to your official order documentation.
4. When your shipment arrives in the local destination area, the delivery team contacts you to schedule the delivery appointment.
5. On the scheduled date, the crew completes unloading, transport, assembly, placement and packaging disposal. An authorized representative must be present to inspect and sign off on delivery.

Additional Terms

• Additional surcharges may apply for multi-story walk-up buildings without elevators, remote rural zones, narrow access routes or rescheduled delivery appointments.
• If delivery cannot be completed on-site due to inaccessible doorways, blocked corridors or inadequate space, resulting re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• White Glove service fees are non-refundable once the carrier has dispatched the delivery crew.
