General Bulk Order Overview

Our Bulk Order program applies exclusively to all standard in-stock items within the General Product Line. Custom-made project furniture and outdoor furniture are governed by separate project-based pricing and are not eligible for standard bulk discounts.

Standard volume discounts are not automatically applied during website checkout. All bulk pricing requires manual review by our sales team. Custom discounted rates are determined based on order quantity, customer purchasing history, ongoing partnership volume, and current U.S. warehouse inventory availability.

For extremely large-scale bulk orders, we offer an optional factory-direct bulk production program to provide customers with further cost advantages.

Custom Bulk Discount Pricing Structure

Our bulk pricing is fully flexible and tailored to each customer’s order. Discount levels are evaluated based on:

• Total order quantity
• Regular purchasing volume
• Current domestic warehouse stock levels
• Long-term dealer or institutional partnership status

All bulk discount terms are finalized in an official written quote valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Mixed SKU bulk orders are also eligible for volume discount review.

Factory Direct Bulk Production Option (For Large-Volume Orders)

For customers placing extra-large bulk orders, we provide the option to switch from warehouse stock fulfillment to direct factory production.
